  • Embracing a Business Partnering approach by building strong working relationships and building credibility, through regular communications with senior business leaders to understand and meet on-going/future business requirements, ensuring that HR play a part in the successful achievement of business objectives.
  • Delivering a passionate HR service to our business that is both commercially minded, and customer focused.
  • Collaborate with various Functions on defining processes and change requests.
  • Be a HR Cloud system administrator to support business requirements.
  • Use digital tools to showcase process gaps or to enhance data governance.
  • Standardize and Digitalize all paper forms within the HR function.
  • Enhance HR Cloud capabilities.
  • Manage HR documentation and data migration activities.
  • Be an advocate for HR Cloud adoption.
  • Leading key change projects and advising client group management on people related risks and ensuring that all areas of change are compliant with relevant legislation. Furthermore, leading and influencing change across areas to support implementation, embedment into and adoption by the business of key change initiatives.
  • Focusing on behaviours for Diversity & Inclusion by ensuring equality opportunity and fairness in all areas of employment and value the diversity of employees, customers and those living in the communities in which Petrofac has a presence.
Essential Skills:
  • Bachelor s degree (any specialization).
  • Certifications or prior experience of HR process, data analysis and metrics.
  • Prior experience supporting end-to-end HR systems implementation, ideally using cloud-based systems such as Oracle HCM, Dayforce, or Workday.
  • Prior experience is working with cross functional delivery team, i.e., IT, HR, Finance, etc.
