Job Description

    To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, were looking to add a HR Data Analyst will be based in Chennai.What a typical day looks like:Expert in data analytics, data modeling, and data visualization. Build statistical and predictive analytic models, algorithms, queries, and methodologies.Apply predictive analytic modeling approaches such as classification, regression, and time-series data analysis preferably using machine learning techniques including random forest, boosting, artificial neural networks, graphical models, etc.Knowledge and ability to deal with challenging data problems such as data mining, feature definition and ML-based data cleaning.Create user-friendly and dynamic Tableau dashboards with KPIs, Heat Maps, Scatterplots, Bar Charts, Slicers, Drill down Drill up etc. features and possess understanding of when to use them.Excellent knowledge of Tableau calculated fields, parameter controls, hierarchy, groups, sets, dashboard actions, filters, annotations etc. in TableauAbility to consistently deliver results across shifting priorities and deadlines in fast paced environmentAbility to work with a sense of urgency in order to meet critical deadlinesDetail oriented with strong investigative and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to proactively engage in a teamwork cultureThe experience were looking to add to our team:Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field preferredTableau expert with 2-3 years of professional experience with an uncanny ability to create data visualizations.3+ years experience hands on experience on tools (R/SAS/Python/SPSS etc.) and techniques (Regression, Machine Learning, Classification, Time series etc.)Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, a systems thinker with a process orientation and outstanding attention to detailShould have hands-on working experience with various Data visualization & Business intelligence tools.Certification on Tableau, Python, R, Big data analytics would be preferred,
