So whatever background you bring with you, please apply if this role would make you excited to come to work every day.As a Workday HR Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing the HR operations using the Workday platform. Your primary responsibility will be to support the day-to-day operations of the HR function, ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and user satisfaction. This role will be responsible for a variety of administrative functions to support and assist our team and employees in all phases of the employee experience at Poshmark. If you enjoy creating structure, looking for new ways to improve processes and workflows, and excel in an environment where each day is not the same, this is youResponsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding steps associated with transitioning candidates to new hires, including welcome emails, IT logistics, onboarding instructions, etc. while partnering with key stakeholders
  • Coordinate employee terminations by preparing exit paperwork while partnering with HRBPs, Payroll and IT to ensure a smooth transition of off boarding procedures
  • Support International payroll operations for countries like UK, AUS and Canada.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data maintenance, such as employee records, organisational changes, compensation data, and benefits enrolment.
  • Complete verification of employment for current and previous employees
  • Conduct regular data audits and integrity checks to maintain data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports, monthly reports, and dashboards from Workday system. Analyse HR data sets as requested
  • Be the front line face for daily employee support in answering general HR questions
  • Stay updated on Workday system updates, new features, and best practices to drive system optimisation and efficiency.
  • Participate in HR system-related projects, such as system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Provide end-user training and support to HR teams and employees on Workday functionality and self-service tools.
6-Month Accomplishments
  • Understanding our current processes and identifying any gaps for improvement
  • Working autonomously and start managing international HR, Payroll operations and provide support to employees.
  • Build a strong relationship with cross functional teams
Requirements
  • 5+ years of HR progressive experience
  • Experience using the Workday systems for managing the operations and reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, working autonomously, and self-motivated
  • Microsoft Excel, presentation and Google Docs is a huge plus
