Nokia s Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.Fixed Networks (FN) business group provides an array of gigabit to the home solutions to deliver data access to our communication service provider (CSP) customers. This includes Fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) as well as 5G fixed wireless access (FWA), xDSL and cable upgrades. We build solutions that don t stop at the home but also bring that gigabit experience into the home using our meshed Wi-Fi solution. The Nokia Wifi Business Line delivers Wifi Beacons along with Cloud based Mesh solution. • The candidate must understand and be proficient in high speed digital circuit design, CPU, Memory, Voice, Wi-Fi/RF, optics(BOSA and optics module), antenna, power management and analog hardware technique and design.
• Design the hardware board with selecting appropriate cost-effective components and generate BOMs, define the PCB layout rules and work together with layout engineer or has the strong experience of EDA tool for layout in person.
• Bring up and debug the hardware board, full coverage of functional and performance test, experts on the compliance test. Has the capability of working in person for these jobs.
• Provide technical support and failure analysis to manufacturing and field issues.
• Complete design and test documents during corresponding development stages according to the hardware development process.
• Positive innovation during design to maintain the product leadership in the industry.
• Proved coordination ability to work with PLM, factory NPI, Supply chain, mechanical team, engineering supporting team and software team, as well as 3rd party partners.

• The candidate must be bachelor s degree with more than 6 years or master s degree with more than 5 years working experiences in Electrical Engineering or equivalent in the industry or similar domain.
• At least 4 years of successful hardware design experience and solid understanding of the hardware product design lifecycle process.
• Experiences with CPE/ONT/Wi-Fi router products hardware design.
• Strong mindset of cost-effective design and applied before volume production with committed quality.
• Expertise to compliance and regulations like CE, ETSI, ANSI, FCC, CB, NEBS, UL, ETL, ANATEL, NORM over the global. Has the ability to debug the hardware design during certification test.
• Highly responsibility, dedication and teamwork spirit, highly passionate of learning new technology, self-motivation and ability of working independently and proved communication skills, results oriented, proved cross team working experience.
• English is primary working language, mandarin is a plus.
