Job Description

    IBS Engineer4 - 7 yearsNoida, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore/BengaluruIBS EngineerJob Location- BangaloreExperience in IB Wave.Strong knowledge of GSM, WCDMA, and LTE network Design conceptWorking knowledge of 5G design would be an added advantage.Ericsson Radio system product knowledge (Baseband, IRU, RRU, DU, RDS, etc)Product knowledge on 3PP PDAS componentsShould have hands-on experience in PDAs In-building DesignMandatory to have working knowledge on the iBwave tool.ExperienceShould be familiar with Indoor Radio network Design and Planning principlesPrepare tapping diagrams and BoQ for IBS implementationFamiliar with indoor system passive/active components: Splitters, couplers, combiners, attenuators, etc.Should be familiar with interpreting results of walk testShould be able to analyze walk test log files using TEMS or any other similar tool.Should be familiar with Propagation losses, link budget, RF Components placements, Designing Distributed Antenna Systems, Coverage Prediction, 3D modeling of buildings/Venues in the planning toolRoles and ResponsibilitiesAccountable for day-to-day delivery of the assigned project towards the MA.Work and Deliver Indoor design solutions independently.Travel as per Business requirements.Work with MA Leads to execute the delivery plans in a time bound mannerCandidate should be able to understand the design requirements from customers and provide the right solution.Interact with internal and external stakeholders for delivery executionExcellent communication skills
