This role work in a fast paced agile/PDO environment to deliver high quality solutions.Must-have skills Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in computer science or related disciplines 5. years of progressive responsibilities in IT, large scale ERP/SAP, working in cross-functional and global teams Must have strong functional knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, Automated testing tools such as Tosca, HPQC, etc., ALM and MS Office products: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to define policies and procedures to include all aspects of Test Manager, Requirements Management, and Development Standards. Ability to work with SMEs to define the business and technical requirements associated with all application operations and implementation work; execute and document results of all tests. Demonstrated experience in establishing and implementing testing strategy, plan and processes in an environment with a mix of enterprise, SAP and custom applications. Demonstrated experience developing and producing testing metrics. Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple prioritiesStrong oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with different audiences Ability to collaborate with technical and business team to find appropriate solutions in a timely manner Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical people, engineers, managers and customer. Release management experience and awareness of scaled agile methodology and ceremonies Familiarity with Fords scaled agile project tracking tools (Rally, ALM) Strong oral/written communication skills; ability to message at the right level depending on the audience Demonstrated proactivity and sense of urgency Strong interpersonal skills to influence/motivate people who are not direct reports Ability to perform in adverse/tight timeline situations Demonstrated Quick thinking, positive and can-do attitude Nice-to have skills Awareness of Product Driven Organization modelUnderstanding of SAP S4 and Ariba tools and product integration dependenciesVendor and system integrator management experienceExperience as an SAP functional process lead or testing lead function.Desire to stay on-top of the latest software and hardware changes in the industryKey Responsibilities Establish and maintain an SAP Testing/QA Testing Plan. Manage detailed test plans for all test phases in SAP Solution Manager. Apply customer expectations, industry standards, software development, and engineering knowledge to assist teams within the program to define, document, maintain and improve processes. Perform product and process audits according to the SAP/QA Testing Plan to ensure plans and processes are documented, compliance to processes and standards, and effectiveness of execution. Identify, document, and track any resulting corrective actions to closure. Drive the defect tracking strategy and tools. Provide recommendations on improvement for testing tools, including proofs of concept. Manage all test scripts and procedures for system integration and regression testing; maintain all test scripts. Support recurring external and internal audits that relate to requirements and test management Maintain and update a library of manual and automated regression tests. Train new team members on testing roles, objectives, and expectations for the program. Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, streamline processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality testing services to our customer,
