Job Description

    Role : Operation Support EngineerLocation :Chennai-ThoraipakkamFulltime /PermanentDay to Day
    • Linux shell scripting to write scripts and automate the manual tasks.
    • Provide operational support for enterprise software products and platforms
    • SQL writing store procedures/ statements pulling data from thousands of transactions - need to understand tables and databases.
    • Develop, Build and Deployment of applications with the help of CICD tools (Jenkins, Rundeck, Artifactory and Git Workflow)
    • Analyze store procedures for data discrepancies and provide recommendations.
    • Work with operations, product teams on production support tasks.
    • Create operational runbook, knowledge articles and documentation.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree (or Master) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or Information System, etc.
    • Experience on databases like Redshift and AWS RDS.
    • Strong in shell scripting.
    • Strong SQL scripting skills.
    • Understanding of Java 1.8+ programming
    • Experience with Git and Jira and confluence.
    • Strong debugging and problem solving skills.
    • Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Can communicate complex ideas clearly.
    • Knowledge and previous experience with Unix and Linux
    • Basic understanding of Healthcare concepts and HIPPA standards.
    • Working knowledge on AWS
    Nice to Have
    • High-level languages such as Python, and Scala, hands-on experience building data pipeline at scale.
    • Certification with Cloud-based architecture such as AWS.
    • Capability of forward thinking.
    • Innovative, willing to do things differently.
