Roles and ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the business problem, learner profile and the evaluation methodology to implement in the proposed learning solutionWork along with the Client Team to understand and take forward the solution approach and design to development and execution phase.Work through the phases of design and developmentUnderstand the learning solution design (Including functional design incorporating user requirements & business solutions to meet business needs)Develop storyboards based on the input providedProvide simple n clear notes for the Development TeamModify storyboards based on review feedback by internal or client teamCreate audio script and localisation documentUnderstand the basics of engineering (electricals and construction)Promote collaboration and partnerships among the internal team of designers and developersKnowledge/Skills Requirements1 to 10 years of experience in instructional design, content development with understanding of training strategy, design strategyBusiness experience of learning content design and development in the context of basic science and engineeringShould have experience working with onsite team at client locationSelect and use a variety of techniques for developing instructional contentUnderstand and implement a development model appropriate for a given projectAnalyze the characteristics of existing and emerging technologies and their use in an instructional environment.Experience of Learning Content Design and Development Framework & Software Design cycleBusiness experience in working on projects developing content using authoring tools ( The candidate should be aware of the technical functionalities & limitations of these tools)Thorough understanding and experience of different training product types,
