Job Description

  • Execute the company s IT SOX program including performing risk assessments, leading walkthroughs and overseeing tests of design and operational effectiveness of IT controls in partnership with the Head of IT SOX.
  • Maintain Segregation of Duty (SOD) matrix and change control processes across enterprise applications.
  • Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security).
  • Maintain SOX documentation, including internal control matrices, risk mapping, narratives.
  • Evaluate IT control deficiencies for impact and perform root cause analysis to determine appropriate management actions. Monitor management s remediation efforts to closure, including review of supporting evidence.
  • Review new processes from a control s perspective. Work closely with process owners to design and implement new controls.
  • Assist with annual SOX 404 testing with internal and external auditors, including walkthroughs and tests of controls, including IT General Controls, IT Security Controls, IT Application Controls, and Key Reports.
  • Analyze financial statement impacts and operational impacts of identified control exceptions/deficiencies and recommend remediation plans is a nice to have.
6-Month Accomplishments
  • Develop deep Relationships with internal Stakeholders and External Auditors.
  • Support roadmap for IT SOX Compliance in collaboration with Head of IT SOX.
  • Partner with Security organization and develop a roadmap to implement security policies.
  • Support in implementation controls and compliance policies around 8-10 IT systems.
12+ Month Accomplishments
  • Support Head of IT SOX of Poshmark achieve SOX Compliance goals and build strong and solid monitoring controls for ongoing systems.
  • Become a go to partner for the Internal Audit team.
  • Implement security policies and controls across Poshmark s internal 8-10 Systems.
  • Help establish ITGC policies to comply with as Poshmark scales in international markets.
Requirements:
  • 4-8 Years of experience in risk advisory or IT audit for a public company.
  • Detailed understanding of SOX testing methodologies and risk assessment practices.
  • Experience in designing, monitoring and evaluating internal controls and SOX compliance programs for multinational organizations.
  • Experience with partnering and working with Security organizations to implement security control frameworks such as SSAE SOC2, ISO 27001, PCI, COBIT etc.
  • Prior experience with building controls in ERP and IT applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of both cybersecurity and data privacy laws: CCPA, GDPR, GLBA, NY DFS, NAIC, Australia, UK DPA is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent, CISA/CISSP certification preferred.
