Job Description

    Position: IT support engineer (Sr specialist) levelJoining time: 30 daysExperience required: 5 -9 years.DescriptionThe End User support and Infrastructure specialist is responsible for maintaining and supporting completeinfrastructure, tools, and utilities to support IT operation.IT support responsibilityResponsible for complete IT setup, Management, Security and Maintenance of Salcomp factoryExperience in handling end user securityInstall and support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.Install and maintain network hardware and software.Analyze and isolate issues.Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.Evaluate and modify systems performance.Exposer to end user security.Determine network and system requirements.Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.Server administration and managementEnsure network connectivity throughout a companys LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technicalconsiderations.Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well asprinters.Maintain network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways, intrusion detection systems.Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, phones, personal digital assistants,smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.IT Desktop support Engineer RequirementsBachelors degree/diploma in IT, computer science or related field of study.In depth knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of serverinfrastructureAbility to quickly learn technologies and products using documentation and internet resources.Ability to work with all levels of IT staff inside and outside the organization.Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.Good analytical and problem-solving skill
