Java Support Location: ChennaiShift: Should be flexible with night shifts and 24*7 working environment. Experience Range: 2.5 to 5 yearsJob description:Must Have:Good Retail domain knowledge and hands on experience in Core Java and spring boot, Knowledge on Oracle and unix, Excellent communication skills (Oral and Written)Good to have:Domain Knowledge on Merch and supply Chain.Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:Must perform causal analysis for high severity issues, repeating issues, identify failure trends and implement workarounds/permanent fixes in productionMust identify opportunities for automations, tickets reduction and drive continuous improvements.Must implement and improve application monitoring for early fault deduction through alerts generation for high severity applications and issues.Must improve teams technical competency, cross skill in new technologies and implement enterprise reliability engineering practices to make applications more stable and reliable in longer term
