Able to create Standard Operating Procedures with minimal supervision. Proficiency required with Microsoft Office products such as MS Excel, power point and word. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Japanese. Japanese language certification required N2/N3. Good team player and flexible with the situation. Must have team lead experience.FJ11:- Operations Manager -BAU/Operation (Service Delivery Management) -Customer negotiation & Customer communication (day-to-day basis / need basis) -Resource planning - on-boarding and off-boarding -Efficient execution of transitioned work -Grooming resources -KT support (Status reporting to Transition Manager daily/weekly/monthly report). Ensure the transitioned work implemented efficiently in BAU phase -Service preparation and monitoring -Daily operation management -Report preparation -Executing PMO related tasks -Contract management (PO, SOW, SLA, KPI management) -Resource Management -IT Assets Management -Negotiation with internal and external stakeholders -Quality Control (-Internal audit and Governance) -Business process and service improvement for service enhancement -Training and team development, Mentoring, coaching -Business Process and Service Improvement -S&R (Sense and Respond) Communication Cell.If you required any more information, please feel free to ask me .
