Job Description

    Job DescriptionLead thorough design, development, and configuration endeavors for Commerce/ Retail (eCommerce and Order Management) applicationsCollaborate, design, and development Kibo solutions that align project requirements and client business objectivesLead technical and business discussions internally and externally to provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams throughout project lifecycleCounsel Project Management teams in project planning, milestones, go-live/solution rollouts, and risk identification/mitigation to ensure deliverables are high quality and timelyGuide internal and external stakeholders through Commerce implementation and upgrade projectsEvaluate new technologies and trends and make recommendations to guide customers and project teams through Commerce/Retail projects and implementationsFamiliarity with microservices, containerization, and orchestration, with focus on Commerce applicationsExperience with enterprise Commerce technologiesDevelop and maintain best practices documentation and reusable frameworks to expedite project executionTroubleshoot and resolve complex functional, deployment, or systemic issues with enterprise software applications and custom solutionsSupport UAT, QA and Performance testing initiatives to meet functional and non-functional requirementsRequirementsProven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably with expertise in e-commerce solutions and the KIBO platform.Lead the design and architecture of KIBO e-commerce solutions, ensuring they align with clients business objectives and requirements.Strong knowledge and experience with KIBO platform architecture, configuration, and customization.Proficiency in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integrations.Solid understanding of e-commerce concepts, industry trends, and best practices.Conduct training sessions for clients, developers, and other stakeholders to enhance their understanding of the KIBO platform and its capabilities. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and development teams.Experience in Agile methodologies and project management practices.Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams.
