Job Description

    Job Title:Kinaxis Rapid Response Integration Consultant with Industry Exp in Healthcare and Pharma, Process Manufacturing, Semiconductor, CPG and RetailLocation : Any Location in IndiaExperience : 2-9 Years Kinaxis RR Implementation and SupportJob Responsibilities :
    • Deep knowledge in Rapid Response Authoring and Applications (Demand, Supply, and S&OP)
    • Experience of end-to-end hands-on Rapid Response implementations
    • Provide creative solutions to complex business problems while maintaining best practices
    • Guide and mentor the Kinaxis Practice and help in building hands-on competency for the team
    • Drive business stakeholder participation in project design activities
    • Design and build process mapping between business requirements and Rapid Response, design Rapid Response configurations, build customization blueprint
    • Design and build advanced Rapid Response resource authoring i.e. complex workbooks, automation chains etc.
    • Resolve and map complex data and analytic configurations to ensure that the solution is producing the expected results
    • Work with business stakeholders to develop a roadmap to solve multiple supply-chain problems leveraging the Rapid Response features and functionalities
    • Perform product fitment analysis in potential opportunities
    • Mentor the existing projects teams involved in Kinaxis projects as and when needed
    • Participate in demo, proof of concept, use case building, pre-sales related activities
    The consultant will be expected to:
    • Challenge business requirements and provide recommendations
    • Provide inputs to PMs, Customers for developing project plans and ensure delivery consistent with the project estimates provided.
    • Identify and develop new opportunities of improvement or extension
    Candidate Must Have
    • Certified in Kinaxis RR preferred (Author L2/L3)
    • Extensive knowledge in intermediate to advanced level of resource authoring with proficiency in architecting composite worksheets, different types of charts, workbook automation, automation chains, dashboard, scorecard
    • Knowledge of Kinaxis pre-defined resources
    • Preferred experience in Rapid Response Applications (Demand, Supply, S&OP)
    • 2 - 12 years of hands-on experience, as a business consultant providing supply chain solutions for customers with very strong understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM)
    • Good understanding of 1-2 industry processes (Healthcare and Pharma, Process Manufacturing, Semiconductor, CPG and Retail )
    • Have strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
    Good to Have :
    • APICS Certification in CSCP or Micro Masters in SCM
    • Knowledge of Rapid Respone algorithms and analytics
    • Applications modeling knowledge in Kinaxis
    • Experience in Agile way of working
