Job Description

Required education and skill level:

  • Monitoring team experience of 2 - 4 years
  • Device monitoring exposure would be an advantage
  • Preferable an Engineer with Electronics or Electrical background
  • Good IT exposure, communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent English (oral and written)
  • Strong presentation and meeting skills to collaborate closely with different country frontlines and support progressing related to operations
  • Able to focus on detail, logical analysis and thinking, narrow down the actual problem, propose process improvements, enable check points, ensure follow up (PDCA)
  • Similarly collaborate and closely work with people from internal teams and partner teams to ensure delivery as promised being a bridge between the FLs and Operations team
  • Approach a problem from different perspectives for an optimal solution
  • Perform quality audits and ensure all count
  • Responsible for runbooks and training materials
  • Ability to focus on details and perform effective RCAs.
  • Willingness to operate dynamic and proactive team
