Job Description

This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.Purpose:Candidate will be part of the XtremeSec Projects team to support the below functions.

  • Manage Development in SCSTAR/AMH to support XtremeSec.
  • Coordinate with Falcon vendor for enhancements.
  • Stakeholder management
Responsibilities:Expect the candidate should handle the following:
  • Develop/Maintain detailed technical design and specifications based on requirements.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and proof of concepts with regards to new requirements from business partners.
  • Analyse changes and impact of change to existing applications to meet the changing needs of the business partners.
  • Ensure designs are in compliant with policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage software development and coding tasks.
  • Undertake reviews on programming and testing done by team members.
  • Oversee testing support and troubleshoot issues raised during testing.
  • Assist in preparing the effort estimation for assigned projects and manage work area to project schedule.
  • Ensure that all documentation, processes and methodologies used in the various phases of system development and implementation in accordance to the Group s standards.
  • Able to relate the business requirements and understand business drivers and imperatives.
  • Embed the Group s values and code of conduct, to ensure that adherence with the highest standards of ethics, and compliance with relevant policies, processes and regulations among employees form part of the culture.
  • Provide appropriate guidance to the domain heads to ensure the portfolio hygiene and Risk Management standards are being maintained/adhered to
Eligibility/Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in technologies, terminologies and environments, especially when it comes to application and system development.
  • Proven hands-on experience in designing and developing system software.
  • Excellent knowledge in Falcon & SWIFT messaging.
  • Analytical, systematic thinking and methodical organization and good understanding of the System.
Personal Effectiveness:
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written with ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels (internal and external)
  • Good interpersonal, persuasion, leadership and ability to drive work progress. Strong ability to solve problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, operate with a sense of urgency and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Well organised with strong ability to prioritise appropriately
