Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables (1) Should have good knowledge on working principle of Automobiles (2) Should have good fundamentals - Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer and Computational Fluid Dynamics (3) Should be able to do finite volume modelling of Full vehicle system (4) Should be able to assign boundary conditions and material properties to components. (5) Should be able to differentiate between steady and transient simulations. Should be able to choose the appropriate mode of heat transfer for a given problem6) Should be able to apply Boundary conditions required for steady and transient analysis. and nabs; (7) Should be able to carry out Aerodynamics, Front End flow and Thermal simulation of a Full vehicle (8)Should be able to conduct simulations of Full Vehicle transient thermal simulations (9) Ability to post process results, make reports and present results to design team; (10) Should be able to recommend design modifications to meet acceptance criteria based on analysis results, manufacturing and packaging constraints; 11) Should have knowledge of different tests for Full Vehicle systems and test instrumentations. (12) Should be able to correlate CFD results with physical test results. 13) Guide the team members in CFD model building, Case set up and solving. 14) Capable of developing new methods based on the recent trends in the CFD Experience 4-6 Years of experience in CFD Simulations of Aerodynamics, Front End flow and thermal simulations of Full Vehicle Industry Preferred Qualifications B.E Mechanical (Min First class) MTech/M.E - Fluid/Thermal Engineering/ IC-Engines (Preferred from IIT or other good institute) General Requirements Job Segment: Thermal Engineering, Engineering Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, Engineer, Engineering, Automotive ,
