    • Project Role :Cloud Operations Engineer
    • Project Role Description :Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications through cross-technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), scripting, and monitoring automation execution. Manage incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests. Manage rollout of patches and release management schedule and implementation.

        • Key Responsibilities : 1Experience in OS Hardening, performance tuning 2Experience in OS Patching Migration Satellite 3Experience in Virtualization 4Experience in High availability 5Experience in incident, change and problem management process 6Experience in shell scripting, Ansible 7Good Knowledge on CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu Suse
        • Technical Experience : 1Good Knowledge on Unix Files permission File systems management, Account Management, Performance Monitoring, Backup by Linux native tools and Logical Volume Management 2Good Knowledge of troubleshooting skills in a support environment, log files monitoring/analysis, and health check 3Good Knowledge of network configuration and troubleshooting on Linux 4Good Knowledge in Disk allocation , LVM , Multipathing
        • Professional Attributes : 1Take part in 24x7 Shift Rotations including Morning, Evening and Night Shifts 2Work out of hours evenings, nights, weekends, bank holidays at reasonable request to perform production changes 3Travel to other locations when required 4Be flexible to work with other platforms
