Call Management 2. SDLC for customization developments per the agreed SLA-s 3. Special projects execution 4. Customer satisfaction 5. Compliance to Corporate guidelinesJob DescriptionWill work as functional consultant in Infor LN / EAM. Provide support to the customer for daily issues logged through OTRS portal/ Emails. For standard product issues, Log incident with the principal and get the required solution. Availability for holiday / month end / year end support. Actively participate in requirement discussion, FSD preparation and Functional testing for all the requirements raised against the SRF. Support to the technical for completing UT as well support to the user for completing UAT and making the development live. Have minimum rework and ensure that defects identified in testing are resolved within timeline so that the overall delivery is done as per the committed date. Need to work as per the Organizational QA processes and guidelines. Need to keep himself / herself updated about the advances in the functionality of Infor LN / EAM. Need to work on special projects taken up related to Infor LN / EAM as and when required.Qualification DetailsEssential Qualification: BE / Diploma in any disciplinePreferred Qualification: Masters in SCM OR Warehousing operations, automationsExperience DetailsEssential Experience: Should have domain experience of at least 4 to 5 years in logistics / Distribution. Exposure to ERP as an end user would be an added advantagePreferred Experience: Experience in integrated environment with ERP & non ERP applicationsSpecial SkillEssential : MS Office working knowledgePreferred : Power BI awareness,
