    Dear Candidate,Our Client, a Highly reputed Banking Services Co. in India, RecruitingTele Marketing Executives - FemaleLoan Officer for Lead Management System - at Chennai - Vadapazhani.Salary: Rs. 13,000/- to Rs. 22000/- (Plus monthly Incentives)Roles & Responsibilities:Prospecting with interested leads - who are inclined to take a loan.- Establishing contact with the prospect, could involve several calls and may need a call at a time beyond office hours.- This will also involve making calls at different times in order to achieve success.- Need analysis- Eligibility profiling- Setting up an appointment- Follow up with the prospect post every meeting with the sales office until the conclusionSelection Critieria1. Graduation for 6 months experienced in Tele Sales / Marketing ( or ) UG with 2 years of experience as Tele Sales / Marketing Executive2.Language Fluency: English + Telugu or Malayalam or Kannada or Hindi is mandatory3. Should have excellent communication skills with good tracking ability.4. Should have problem solving attitude.
