Job Description

Team provide production support for incidents, commitment requests, releases and changes for assigned products and ensure we improve production support process.What you will be doing

  • On Call production support Flexibility to work in Rotational shifts starts (Includes Night Shifts) and weekend support
  • Provides application support typically in a defined project.
  • Examine data files, processes, forms, reports and operational needs of customers
  • Complete data mapping and transaction workflow documents as the basis for conversion to FIS systems.
What you bring:
  • 3 to 5 yrs of experience in JCL, VSAM, ISPF, COBOL, DB2, CICS.
  • Tools preferred are CONTROL-M, ENDEAVOR, SPUFI, INSYNC, XPEDITER and DUMPMASTER.
  • Expertise in Online / Batch applications.
  • Knowledge in networking concepts like protocol(SFTP, FTP, Connect Direct), firewall, Active directory, File transfer etc.
  • Flexibility with working schedule on the weekend or holiday work etc. as required for the application support.
  • Provides 24 x 7 on-call support for all assigned production-related systems.

  • Knowledge of FIS products and services
  • Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
  • Knowledge of financial services industry
  • Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
