Job Description

Role: One Point of Contact for All Branch Heads for Decisions regarding Inventory Movement. Should have experience in Coastal operations and Costings too.Reporting to the Vice President, with Core team of Sales across Locations (Pan India & Overseas) Assisted by Pricing Desk, Inventory Controller, MNR.Handling Sales of Corporate leads of Company in all manner, ensuring that the clients future business and after sales services both is positive.Interacting with Customs Freight stations (CFS) core team to decide the revenue for BSS Line, and allotting business to CFS as per management preferences.Appointing Overseas Agents globally, Finalizing terms, agreement. Finalizing Depot services in 3rd party Locations.Keeping a study with regards to Cargo movement, Detention earning customers / cargo and planning pricing and sales accordingly.Ensuring Monthly targets are set as per Inventory, to achieve Optimum Utilization of Boxes with Minimum Idling.Giving Guidance to Pricing for better turn around and approvals to Branch Heads.Keeping close watch on overseas turn around and indulging in business prospect overseas for global growth.Maintaining Budget v/ s actual Records Monthly.Maintaining Business relations with Vessel Operators for smooth Operations ensuring maximum space for BSSResponsible to approve all kind of Waivers on Detentions, Credit Period for NVOCC Clients, Damage approvalsKeeping follow up with Legal Team for any disputed Shipments, also ensuring required documentation for Insurance of containers and extra expenses occurring globally.,
