Job Description

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

  • OE complaint closure
  • Analysis of causes for rejections and complaints
  • Timely disposition for the OE rejected products
  • Product performance feedback and evaluation
  • Improvement in OE satisfaction score related to after-sales service
KEY ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES KEY DELIVERABLES
  • Plan and execute routine OEM visit
  • Visit OE plants and assemblers to understand quality and rejection related issues.
  • Coordinate with the assembly line staff to collect feedback about the product fitment and performance.
  • Conduct first level of technical analysis to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.
  • Coordinate with internal QA, OEM Quality and Assembly point of OEMs to analyze and resolve quality concerns.
  • Update and track status of complaints related resolution to customer.
  • Fitment trials feedback for the establishment of the new product or Change in the existing.
  • Disposition of rejected items along with customer service OE (CSOE)
  • Ensuring customer specific requirements are met for the dispatch and deliveries through MDC/ CFA.
  • Provide recommendation on to the customers on the tyre handling procedures based on company policies.
  • Provide monthly MIS and be an active member of internal reviews.
  • Identify and share best practices related to tyres by OEM and Competition
Education and Experience RequiredEducation:BE/BTech Mechanical/Automobile - with relevant work experience in tyre industry.Experience:5-7 yrs. in OE/Replacement Service experience.,
