The Resolutions platform puts the customer first to resolve disputes in a fair, user-friendly manner at the same time optimizing loss and operations cost for PayPal. We are an End-to-End team of 20 members consisting of Business owners, Data Scientists and Data Analysts based out of SanJose, Bangalore, Chennai & Dublin. As a member of the Resolutions team, you ll play a key role in PayPal margin improvement through Loss and Opex reduction. Be a subject expert for Resolution policies, and Resolutions process. Work with partner teams such as Operations and Engineering for project implementation. You will combine strong data and analytics skills with business understanding and customer mindset to provide world class dispute management for PP and its customers.
