Job Description

  • Work with business leaders to identify strategic capabilities to be built into the organization and develop a blended learning framework for the same
  • Work with relevant stakeholder to develop and validate the framework
  • Identify innovative learning solutions that enables building the competency in a holistic manner among associates through relevant work assignments and other opportunities like mentoring and coaching
  • Proactively engage with HR Business partners to ensure that associates are enabled to move across the organization thereby leveraging opportunities to share and build on their expertise
  • Provide sales training and Monitor sales objectives and result
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate training of trainers (TOT) for leadership and management skills, in order to develop a cadre of leadership and management trainer.
  • Lead the process of ensuring ongoing uptake and transfer of leadership and management skills and best practices to the job.
  • Act as a Learning advisor to the leaders of the business group
  • Create Learning Strategies to arrive at focus areas for the business
  • Focus on providing professional, domain and functional training offerings.
  • Partner with business and other stakeholders to seek sponsorship and ensure that the appropriate environment and infrastructure is made available
