We apply our expertise in technology, innovation, and our business to support Pfizer in this mission.The Digital Finance organization creates, configures, and runs digital products, platforms, and solutions supporting Pfizers core finance business functions such as Financial Consolidations, Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, Treasury, Tax, Compliance, Internal and Internal External Reporting.This Manager role is a hands-on technical Oracle Hyperion HFM/FCCS (Financial Consolidation & Close) application Developer/Support role responsible for developing/supporting current financial consolidation & close processes leveraging both on-premise and Oracle Cloud EPM platforms and delivering proof of concepts and/or maintenance projects.Pfizer seeks a candidate who understands consolidation, planning, reporting processes, and solving business problems. A strong aptitude towards self-development and growth is highly desired.How You Will Achieve It

• Provide Technical / Functional expertise to support corporate financial close processing cycles
• Facilitate and implement FDMEE and DM (Data Management) tools
• Facilitate and implement the master data management in the Oracle Data Relationship Management or Oracle Enterprise Data Management tool
• Maintain and manage the security of the modules
• Manage prioritization of development and enhancement requests
• Maintains expert level technical knowledge in all areas of the financial close process
• Identifies continuous improvement opportunities to improve system performance and end-user functionality
• Maintain documentation and procedures to be compliant
• Prioritize tasks for the local team

QualificationsMust-Have

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field
• 5 years of demonstrated experience working in Oracle Hyperion Suite with sound knowledge of financial close processes
• Technical background with hands-on experience in Oracle EPM HFM/FCCS (Financial Consolidation & Close) application
• Experience in designing and developing the forms, scripts, and business rules
• Essbase BSO/ASO cube build and maintenance
• Configuration design and testing custom interfaces
• FDMEE & DM (Data Management) and data maps
• EPM Automate management
• FCCS Performance tuning following the best processes
• Experience with database technologies (Oracle)
• Experience with ETL Tools (ODI, Informatica, etc.)
• Experience with .NET technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
• Ability to work independently and or in a global team setting across time zones

Nice-to-Have

• Pharmaceutical life science domain experience
• Exposure to Finance reporting applications
• Project Management expertise in managing multiple projects
• Familiar with SDLC/Agile methodologies
• Exposure to DevOps processes
• Familiar with SOX Controls and documentation required for yearly audits

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Job will require working with global teams and applications. Flexible working schedule will be needed on occasion to accommodate planned agile sprint planning and system releases as well as unplanned/on-call level 3 support.
• Potential post-pandemic travel required for critical project work
