Manufacturing Intelligence:DataScientists and Engineers (India)The newly created Manufacturing Intelligence organization within Pfizer s Global Technology & Engineering(GTE)will help to drive Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) toward Industry 4.0 capability through Big Data, Process Analytical Technology, Advanced Process Control, Process Modelling,Artificial Intelligence andAdvancedRobotics. The Manufacturing Intelligence organization will identify and deliver high-value transformational opportunities focused on process insight and control of manufacturing assets and processes with the potential for substantially reducing cost and cycle time and increasing robustness and productivity. Within the Manufacturing Intelligence organization, the Data Analyticsteam will be responsible for providing expert advanceddata analytics andmodellingsupport. This team will work in close partnership with all other Manufacturing Intelligence teams, providing supplementary advanced analytics expertise across a range of fields in support of the MIprogramme portfolio.We are seeking applicants foranumber of positions reporting to the team leader of Manufacturing Intelligence DataAnalytics team.These positions will be based in Chennai, India and may require travel up to 20% of the time. Occasional work outside business hours may be required to accommodate other Pfizer sites, partners and manufacturing schedules. Responsibilities

• Provide expert advanced modelling and data analytics support to all teams intheManufacturing Intelligence organisation and in support of project execution atPGSmanufacturing sites.
• Support thedevelopment, testing,deployment, and qualification of process soft sensormodels.

• Stay abreast of industry4.0 trends and developments inArtificialIntelligence/MachineLearningand work with other MI teams to pilotnew advances to drive value for PGS.
• Participate in validation activities, specifically around development of test scripts and otherGxP documentation generated during system support and validation.
• Model data from multiple sources to create front end dashboards and reporting visualizations.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree and background in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, or a related technical field with strong focus on advanced analytics.

Experience: Applicants with hands on experience insome orall ofthe followingtechnicalareas will be of interest:

• Data analytics/modellingwith domain expertise and industrial exposure

• First principle (thermodynamics, heat transfer, chemical reactions, etc.) and hybrid model development (including soft sensors)
• Configuration of filesystems, data warehouses, cloud solutions including experience of Hadoop, snowflake, SQL, AWSSagemaker,Spark.
• Data science/MLand AI experience including ScikitLearn,Tensorflow andPytortch libraries
• Deployment of Python codes for real time execution including experience of TibcoStreambase, Tibco Data Science, Tibco Spotfire, Kafka, Docker container
• Development of connectivityinterfaces with data sources and historians including OSI PI, SQL, Informa, MQTT

• Processsimulation andDigital twins(ComputationalFluidDynamics,gPROMS)
• Intelligent and dynamic scheduling platforms
• ProcessAnalytical Technology,process modelling and Advanced Process Control
• Technical knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing unit operations and experience ofdelivery of innovative solutions in a regulated environment
• Knowledge of Industrial Control Systems and Historian platforms
