Job Description

    Looking for immediate joinees only. - With 6 years of experience in Marketing Operations and / or Program Management with an eye for outcomes- Lead Management governance for all the campaigns from MS and AWS standpoint and working with Alliance / Product team for tracking the lead status- Own pricing for the Strategic partners - Manage all competencies with MS and AWS to ensure Gold and Advanced / Premier status is maintained- To work with Product team for all Microsoft Offers / Offerings in the Marketplace- Own other operational activities of the unit including Incentive tracking, Business Planning, Monthly reporting / forecasting at unit level etc. Skills Required: - Strong analytical and business problem approach with a focus on outcomes- Good Understanding of performance management framework and resource planning- Team Management experience with ability to manage and motive virtual or matrix teams- Excellent communication and articulation skills- Good in Reporting & Analysis and passion for process improvements - Self-starter with excellent attention to detail- Aptitude towards understanding technology,
