Job Description

    Act as the first point of contact for material and product data process topics. Develop and maintain the process and documentation related to material and product data Support KONE business service in the product and material data domain Support validation, testing, mass upload of data s & deployment of new tools, processes, features and document, if needed. Actively Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure correct data is available in the systems in a timely manner. Provide necessary training and support to end users. Understand the impact of material data change to different business processes and Forward data/ process issue to the relevant teams. Higher level support for SSC to manage material master & PDM mass upload template.
