Job Description

    Mechanical Procurement Engineer (Construction)Urgent requirement for a Mechanical Procurement Engineer (construction) in our client company.Exp- 5-12 yearsJob Location- All IndiaResponsibilities-Negotiation with vendor and supplier.To create a database of potential and current suppliers.To check the quality of material provided at sites.Bills verification and vendor paymentCollect all the quotes from vendors & make comparative for the same.Coordination & follow-up with Architects /Consultants for required quantity & quality.Checking product availability at different Vendors with best rate negotiation.Prepare contractors agreement, work contract & service order.Maintain track sheet of work order & service order in excel stage-wise of payment status.Approved makes it final with management before placing the order.Work Closure to be done with billing & audit of all submitted bills.Check daily basis requirements on the indent sheet.To keep a constant check on stock levels to maximize business efficiency.Vendor developmentSend Purchase /Work order to the vendorCoordination with Accounts department regarding bills.Note- Immediate joiner will be preferableIf you are interested kindly sends their updated resume on this id hidden_emailThanks & Regards,Anand
