Job Description

esponsible for connecting & reaching out physically towards setting appointments towards the company product and services. Sets up Meeting and help in a demonstration with the CRO and Company Internal Demo team. Should have adequate knowledge about products & processes, negotiate towards scheduling appointments, prepare and complete paperwork and connect champions inside the prospect establishments. Follow up on a que basis / periodically clients keeping the reporting authority in tune/sync.Responsibilitieso Find and processes geospatial healthcare, hospital or medical establishments.o Travel to different neighbourhoods and suburbs with scheduled and unscheduled appointments in the healthcare and wellness sector with the goal of market penetration and scaling up the business.o Update prospects on company merchandise or services, events, etc & get them to the subscriptions model of info share.o Sets up and demonstrates product and shows how customers can maximize product features with the BD and SME {subject matter expert}o Show a presentation on product features & benefits.o Find pain points of prospects or would-be clients before purchasing a product using a script or persuasive technique.o Distribute product info-samples - (demo panels - log in, product catalogues, process catalogues, etc)o Share of Brochures/Hand out /pamphlets & keep a record of the share with FU automated techniques.o Write up / record pain point/request orders for Company services and products.o Allow space for the BD to Negotiate prices and create tickets/appointments for the SME team meeting online /offline {moderate sessions}.o Take payment follow-ups such as cash, credit, or check {case to case basis}.o Develop prospect list or lead list.o Circle back and check on customers (temperature) who are in the position to buy the product.o Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.o Work an assigned territory, often up to 3-10 locations per day.o Win back or upgrade current or former customers, with constant rapport build-up & network.o Assist with installation of the product.o Suggest specific product or industry-based events (exhibition/ expo/ L&D/launch)/programs/shows/summit/internal etc where the company SME can participate.o Setup up the demonstration technicalities / formal paperwork etc before and after the meeting with clear MOM emails and follow-up sequences set.o Generate and follow up on leads, schedule appointments, identify client needs, and market appropriate products.o Support on the Closure the sale with current prospective customers.o Meet new business production goals and objectives.o Provide customer support in a friendly, prompt, and accurate manner.o Network and build business referral relationships & inform the company hierarchy at all times.o Input quotes and policy renewals for customers.o Coordinate with vendors and associate companies with the parent companies.o Assist clients with the troubleshooting or claims process.o Degree in nursing, pharmacy, life sciences, or related field and added advantage.o Proven medical sales experience.o Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.o Strong communication skills (English and local vernacular).o Excellent organizational skills.o Listening skill (observer/record/compile /report)o Exceptional customer service skills. {ready to serve and represent the parent company at all times]o Persuasive and resilient.o challenge taking capabilitieso Good knowledge regarding the domain (training shall be provided worth 3.5lakhs from the parent company)o Should have sound product knowledge (training and hands-on experience shall be provided by the parent company worth Rs.45,000/-)o Ability to generate local relations to prospects.o Ability to achieve business goals.o Should have Problem-solving skills (open to learning and training constantly)o good interpersonal & intrapersonal skillso Ability to select the right product for the right customers based on the eligibility criteria set by the parent company.o Ability to give the right information to the right prospects at all times using online/ social or offline medium.o Should follow company policy - T&C, NDA & trade secrets at all timeso Creative problem-solving & team spirit is a must.
