Job Description

    Key Responsibilities: Manage product development for the respective categories Range presentation. Responsible for developing new product ideas per season and ensuring the smooth transition from conception to production phase. Liaise with the Merchandising and Technical teams to develop the products in time. Ensure adherence for forthcoming three consecutive season calendar Build line for the allotted product category detailing the number of options for the season with details on fabric, colours and styling Develop products for the upcoming seasons roadshow in coordination with the Merchandising and the Technical teams Coordinate with Merchandising team for proper execution of bulk production Set product requirement with respect to details and wash before it goes into production Review and provide approval of wash and product quality postproduction Develop Tech packs (Technical sheet with details on fabric, colours and styling) and BOM for the range Provide. samples to Merchandising department before roadshow Prepare colour palette on timeEssential Qualification & Skills: Bachelors/Masters degree in Design from NIFT Experience as a Menswear Designer. Proficiency in Graphic Design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design) Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition,
