You and your team will provide applications support and deliver reliable and efficient systems-related solutions. The projects you run will improve the applications used by your colleagues every day to meet the needs of our customers.

  • Leading and Managing a strong team responsible for VBG Wireline Digital Channel for Enterprise customers
  • Leading, developing and maintaining applications by evaluating Customer needs; analyzing requirements; developing software systems.
  • Demonstrating the ability to understand functional requirement and translate into technical requirements to meet expectations.
  • Track project outcomes versus business expectations.
  • Defining execution plan and approach based on project scope, expected timeline and available budget/resources.
  • Ensuring project management processes and practices are followed.
  • Managing stakeholder communication and leading project status updates with client groups and IT teams.
  • Leading and developing high performing teams, supporting Agile working practices with diversified cultural workforce.
  • Defining Best Practices, understanding technology trends and know-how about open source technologies.
  • Drive innovation culture in the team.
  • Metrics oriented project management and metrics oriented business case ideations.

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Threeor more years of relevant experience, in PM role.
  • Experience with JAVA, SQL, XML.
  • Willingness to travel.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • Experience managing global resources.
  • Experience leading a technical team.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and Agile Development.
  • Good Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt new technologies and tools.
  • Ability to successfully manage cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, debugging skills.
  • Experience with Java/J2EE, JS frameworks, WebLogic and PL/SQL.
