Minimum of 12- 20 yrs of relevant experience (Should have handled and headed Personnel / HR function of a large Manufacturing Unit independently with good exposure to IR)
Any graduation with 2 years fulltime MSW / MBA HR / MA Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from reputed institutes like MSSW, DG Vaishnav College, Loyola college,Madurai Institute of social sciences, sacred hearts college, St Joseph college
Key responsibilities would include Industrial relations, human resource planning, talent acquisition, development and retention, employee engagement activities and performance management. Exposure to ERP enabled HR systems and contemporary HR practices will be preferred.
