Job Description

Experience: 4 to 6 YearsRole: Module LeadLocation: ChennaiMust have in the Skills:

  • Good Analytical and Logical skill.
  • Good Communication skill is required.
  • Preferable to work on UK shifts.
  • Should possess experience in support and Development process.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Kronos Workforce Central application V7/8.0 Timecard, Genies, Hyper finds, Approval and Signoff
  • Hands on experience on Setup Configurations Pay code, Pay rule, Work rule, PCD, Zones, Access profiles and Accruals
  • Hands on experience on Classic view and Navigator view.
  • Hands on experience of Workforce Integration Manager and Workforce Reports
  • Hands on experience in developing custom reports using Microsoft SSRS report and integrating with Kronos WFC application.
  • Good understanding of the Server Architecture, Application server and Database server and Kronos DB tables
  • Good understanding on Integrating application with Splunk, Runscope and App Dynamics
  • Perform business rule analysis.
  • Analyze enhanced requirements and create process documentation, diagrams and feature specifications.
  • Experience working in Agile teams
