Job Description

    Hi Candidate,We have urgent openings on the below role, Additionally we are conducting a drive in Chennai on 6th April.If Interested, Please share your profile with skills highlighted to hidden_emailCandidate Should have at least 3-12 years of experience in Technical Dynamics Consultant to build customized solutions in the areas of Customer Service and Marketing, using workflows, plugins, UI customizations etc.Worked on different CRM / XRM versions.Implemented complete life cycle of least2- 7 projectsExpertise technologies like HTML 5 , CSS, SOAP, REST, Angular JS, JavascriptWorked on Javascript, Jquery, Workflow, business rules, Security & AuthenticationsExperience in agile deliveries and tight timescaleAlso having done projects on premise/ cloud, support, upgrade and Migrations.Must worked on D365 customization and configurationKnows the MS methodology well; able to articulate and understand the pain points of customer.Experience in Integration with third party applications.Aware of mobility in CRM.Worked on Office 365, Dynamics 365 and SharePoint APIs.Marketing automation, RESCO, Scribe, Kingswaysoft, Click dimentionsDesign the solution to address the pain points and deliver it is one of the key responsibilities.Develop solutions, resolve the issues etc.Must have Certified on D365 CRMMicrosoft Power Platform - MS PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agent , PowerBIHe should be customer facing with excellent analytical and communication skills.Primary Skills:-Office 365, Dynamics 365 and SharePoint APIs.Must worked on D365 customization and configurationExpertise technologies like HTML 5 , CSS, SOAP, REST, Angular JS, JavascriptHave knowledge of AgileSecondary Skills:-Unified Service Desk , customer insight, omnichannel, WPF (used for creating external Hosted controlsExperience in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise scale appsMust have certified on D365
