Job Description

    Experience : 3 to 5 YearsLocation : ChennaiWork Week : 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)Work Mode : Work from office (9 AM to 5.30 PM)Roles and responsibilities :To collect log data for real time analysis, evaluate & analyse the attack, identify the RCA of the attack, implement required security controls to counter the attack, issue fixing and restore system to normal operations. He is also responsible for investigating, correlating and generating reports on information security issues. Creating the process and procedure document & lesson learned documents for future KT in CISCO environment- Support for Troubleshoot network level incidents on Cisco platform- Analyse RCAs from OEM vendors and take necessary action- Troubleshooting for complex issues involving advanced routing and switching protocols- Use advanced tools for problem analysis and diagnosis- Understanding and working on back-bone traffic engineering- Troubleshooting skills on IGPs like RIP, EIGRP, OSPF & ISIS- Understanding of signalling of all network protocols- Troubleshooting of Static/ EGERP/OSPF/BGP on Cisco platforms- Troubleshooting of service provider routing & switching, MPLS, L2/L3 VPN, Lease Line, Express Routing- Flexible to work in shift environment for 24X7 network mgmt- Proficiency of IAM, authentication of TACACS, TACACS+, Perimeter Diameter, Active Directory, Kerberos protocol & SSO- Protocols Knowledge IEEE ( Physical layers)- Proficiency in Fortinet / Fortigate Firewall- Threat intelligent analysis- Storage knowledge - SAN, NAS, Cloud Storage, all types of Backup, all Types of RAID controls- Knowledge of SDWAN- Knowledge of SOC2 audit assessment.- Knowledge of Change Management/ ITIL Process- Knowledge of SOC, EDR, XDR, MDR, SOAR, CERT, CDP- Strong Knowledge of structure cabling - OFC, Ethernet, Data Center.- Strong Knowledge of CISCO Meraki Products.- Knowledge of Compliance- PCIDSS, HIPAA, ISO 27001, COBITTechnical Skills : CCNA/ CCNP & Security+ / CEH certification mustAdditional Information :Key Competencies :- In depth knowledge of Routing Protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, SNMP- Through knowledge of CISCO IOS commands, Script writing, trouble shooting.- In depth understanding of service provider routing & switching, VRF, QOS, Path engineering, MPLS, L2 L3 VPN- Should have architecture knowledge WAN.- Should be well familiar with multicast concepts.- Structured cabling with Cat6 Ethernet, Fiber etc.- Fortigate Firewall, DLP, MDM, Log Management, Network architecture, designing & performance Fixing.
