Job Description

Plintron hiring Network Engineer(3-6 yrs),Role: Network Engineer

  • Manage day to day infrastructure operations including resources, devices and services deployed in DC, IP networks, leased lines and ensure 100% uptime and availability.
  • Ensure that all incidents/issues with IP connectivity and participate in issues resolution of LAN, WAN and security incidents.
  • Lead and coordinate of all routing/Switching/Firewall related issues and network incidents and ensure closing those incidents/problems on time and report to relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage the projects related to DC,IP network, transmission expansion, work without sourced partners and ensure implementation as per requirements and in timely and cost effective manner
  • Engage with internet and telecom service providers and ensuring the delivery of IP/MPLS circuits on time.
  • Responsible for implementing end to end ILL, MPLS transport networks to carry the traffic.
  • Coordinate with the vendors and 3rd party for obtaining timely support for maintaining the infrastructure operations and ensure that the service level agreements are met.
  • Continuously monitor and report the availability, performance and capacity of infrastructure resources.
