Our team is responsible for the Global Operational Cost and we work cross functionally to drive end to end process changes and technological developments to achieve improved business outcomes.The Product Manager & BPO is responsible for global end to end process controls for LnS related costs for all operational activities related to LnS, such as Warehousing, Depots, Lead logistics, Customs brokerage, Airfreight, LCL, Cold chain logistics, etc and excluding Inland transportation, as maintained by Areas, Country clusters, Regional teams in GSC and Interbrand teams, and actively works on IT developments focussing on automation and simplification and cross functional projects linking operations to cost management processes. The activities also include the onboarding of different entities as a result of M&A processes He/ She will report to the Functional Product Owner and work closely with multiple operational and financial stakeholders.1 Act as subject matter expert for L&S processes.Own and maintain process landscape; monitor, prioritize and optimize existing processesDefine IT business requirements and related changes that support process solutions.2) Provide input and designs solutions based on voice of customer, voice of process and best practices observed.Use agile and lean principles and practices in process designing/solutioning and continually align process performance with overall business goals.
