Job Description

    * Job Responsibilities:
    • Responsible to analyze training needs/ competencies for all nursing with the hospital.
    • Responsible to develop annual training plan for the nursing needs based on the identified requirements & coordinate individual training and competency programmes.
    • Responsible to evaluate the training effectiveness and instructor s performance.
    • Responsible to coordinate with the respective department head and ensure that functional and cross functional trainings are being conducted.
    • Responsible to develop testing and evaluation procedures to measure the competency level of employees post training.
    • Responsible to coordinate with the respective HOD and ensure that the employees attend the programs and the record is maintained in the respective employee s file.
    • Responsible to coordinate in getting the necessary approvals etc for employees who have been nominated for external programs
    • Responsible to maintain all necessary training MIS related to the employees.
