Job Description

    The Ford Motor Company IT Supplier Operations & Connectivity Services team provides services, guidance and support to Ford IT Suppliers and Ford IT Project & Service teams in establishing supplier connectivity, obtaining technical support, and ensuring appropriate controls for suppliers working from an Offsite Delivery Center (ODC) and remotely. This is an exciting opportunity to work with Ford IT teams, Suppliers, Purchasing, Finance, and IT Leadership at all levels, globally, to ensure suppliers can readily access Ford environments to provide software development and maintenance services. Understanding of Networks, Remote Access Connectivity, and general IT Operations Experience using Sharepoint, PowerApps, Alteryx or other tools for managing and automating processes and workflow Customer focused and continuous process improvement mindset Strong communication and inter-personal skills Strong analytical skillsHighly motivated self-starter who can work independently and as. part of a team Nice to Have: Understanding of Information Security Policies Experience working with suppliersThe IT Supplier Operations & Connectivity Analyst will: Work with IT teams and Suppliers to: Establish connectivity for new supplier ODC facilities Establish new supplier engagements (projects) Advise on technology and ensure security requirements are appropriately implemented Drive resolution of connectivity issues Coordinate technology migration initiatives Eliminate Waste: Identify and implement improvement opportunities, including process simplification and automation,
