Job Description

    1. ITIL Foundation or Expert certification
    2. Work experience of Service Management tools, preferably BMC Remedy
    3. Data Science for ITSM Intelligent Automation
    4. IT Asset Management / good understanding of IT Audit parameters
    5. 4-6 years experience in project execution role across the solution delivery life cycle
    6. Proven work experience as an Asset Manager or similar role
    7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software
    8. Strong financial background with experience in financial modelling
    9. Incident, Problem and Change Control Management process.
    10. Relationship Management with Regulators/Exchanges,
    11. Time Management in submission of various reports,
    12. Communication skill, Knowledge on Business,
    13. Develop and deliverprogress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
    14. Daily monitoring of all exposure impacting the business as a result of the end user activity, and working with key business areas, risk and operations to ensure exposure and risk is appropriately monitored and managed,
    15. Ensure documentation of all procedures relating to daily reporting and control processes are up to date,
    16. Understanding of ITSM/ ITGC / Infos Sec audit / compliance / SEBI regulations.
    17. ITIL process related to Incident / Change/ Request/ Capacity / asset / configuration management should be Create, monitor, and report on a comprehensive set of metrics and KPIs based on the IT service deliverables and the agreements.
    18. Single point of contact for issue tracking, escalation management and reporting across all ITSM and infrastructure management.
