    • Transcribe audio files with accuracy and speed.
    • Check with Team Leader/ Shift In-charge in case of any doubts.
    • Meet daily productivity targets set for the role within the shift hours/ with extensions.
    • Adhere to any process change or updates received from the client.
    • General Rule Adherence
    • Maintain professional decorum and punctuality.
    • Ensure good interpersonal relation is maintained while coordinating.
    Skill Set :
    • Ability to type quickly and accurately while proofreading.
    • Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
    • Excellent verbal communication, listening, and computer skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating system.
    • Fluency in English.
