Job Description

    Experience and Skills:Min 1 year of experience at Multi-tenant Buildings or Offices or other Infrastructure or Industries in operating and maintaining IBMS systems including BMS, Chiller Plant Manager, CCTV, Access Control System, Fire Alarm System and Public Address System, etc. Candidates should be diploma or Engineering graduate in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering. Technical Knowledge on troubleshooting the IBMS systems is preferred and an added advantage. Reasonably good communication skills (regional language and English) is expected. Should be willing to work in rotational shifts.Our Job locations: Chennai & BangalorePay scale: Rs 18,000/- to Rs 25,000/- based on experienceDOJ : Within 15 days from the issue of the offer letter.**Note : Good learning and Growth opportunity provided.
