Job Description

    DearWe are excited to announce that our well-established restaurant in Riyadh is currently seeking experienced and highly motivated individuals to join our team as Restaurant Managers. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.Job Title: Operations managerReport To: D. General ManagerJOB SUMMARYSupervises daily Food and Beverage (F&B) operation and ensures compliance with all F&B policies, standards, and procedures. Manages day-to-day operations, monitors quality, and standards and meets the expectations of the customers daily. Maintains the operating budget and verifies that standards and legal obligations are followed.Responsibilities:
    • Monitoring restaurant operations to ensure compliance with food safety standards and industry regulations
    • Training staff on appropriate customer service techniques for different scenarios, such as
    • handling complaints about food or service quality
    • Reviewing financial reports to identify ways to improve profitability
    • Ensuring that all employees are aware of any upcoming events or promotions
    • Reviewing menus with chefs to ensure food quality standards are being met
    • Managing the scheduling of employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours without overstaffing during slow times
    • Hiring and training new employees, as well as terminating workers who are consistently underperforming or disruptive
    • Establishing long-term business goals and objectives to improve the overall performance of the restaurant
    Requirements:- University Degree- 10+ years restaurant experience preferably in Indian cuisine- English & Hindi- University Degree- 10+ years restaurant experience preferably in Indian cuisine- English & Hindi
