Job Description

Should be able to lead customer discussion, Design & Architecture path, and also perform configuration of Oracle CDH
Document requirements and complete the configurations as per the design provided by the Lead. Ability to guide the EDQ team.
Experience in master data governance for customer master data enabling a 360 view for Customer Master Data
Experience in recommending/implementing customer data governance, customer creation, customer merge in two systems, pricing data, payment terms
Experience in - Deduplication/Enrichment capabilities, clean-up of customer master data in Oracle R12
Experience in defining rules for customer data matching, duplicates
Understands CDH inbound & outbound integrations with other systems like Salesforce, Oracle ERP, Revenue Management
Understand how the master data flow/sync happens between CRM system (e.g. Salesforce) to Oracle so that Orders can synced seamlessly
