Job Description

    Outsystems Developers This requirement is valid till 31-03-2022Required Skills: digitalLocation: ChennaiDomain: Banking & Financial ServicesQualification: Any Degree Experience: 3-5 yrs.Job Description with Roles & Responsibilities:Responsibilities:
    • Understand the business requirements
    • Reviewing application requirements and architecture designs
    • Meeting with the development team to discuss solution design ideas and review
    • Provide technical and functional support for existing and future applications
    • Determine the best course of action in terms of system - logic design, methodologies and timeline
    • Developing the key user stories within the project
    • Daily stand up meetings to plan daily priorities and status updates
    • Fine tuning modify program / source codes to accommodate additional input and desired output
    • Conduct Design reviews, Code reviews, Unit testing and QA support
    • Administrate On-Premises OutSystems environment(Setup, Deployment etc.)
    • Lead the development team including task assignment, tracking and reviews and make the team members aware of new releases of the technologies
    • Troubleshooting, Identifying Problems and Developing Innovative Solutions
    Skillset:Desirable Technical skills:
    • Strong technical skills in architecture patterns, solutions design and web application performance
    • Strong knowledge of OutSystems Platform including 4 layer architecture design and Silk UI framework
    • Proficiency in web and mobile development (React JS/Angular/HTML/CSS,UX and UI design, JavaScript, JQuery)
    • Proficiency with web services (REST and SOAP)
    • Understanding of full stack development
    • Understanding of Rapid Application Development(RAD) best practices and implementation
    • Ability to use Integration Studio in creating and modifying own extensions for .Net functionalities
    • Proficiency in Integration with third party extensions and components (such as Salesforce, Blockchain, CRM, Azure, Okta, Apigee etc) from OutSystems application
    • Experience in administering OutSystems on premises environment setup and deployment
    • Proficient in OutSystems Version management and platform tools, Service Center and Lifetime
    • Good understanding of data modeling and database design like joining, views, stored procedures, and functions
    • Proficiency with Microsoft.Net (ASPX/CSHTML),ADO.NET Entity Model, Entity Framework
    • Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum) and Agile development best practices
    • Experience in Agile Project Management, Agile Development process for diverse requirements
    • Proficiency in using DevOps tools like GitLab, Jenkin, TFS (Team foundation server for Agile project management)
    • Strong in analytical thinking, problem solving, teamwork and adaptability
    • Must have OutSystems certification, with one or more of the following certificates: Associate Traditional Web Developer or Associate Reactive Developer, Professional Traditional Web Developer
