A Global FMCG Company in the Business Of Edible Nuts HQ in Tamilnadu Tier 2 City Requires Payroll & Compensation Benefit Manager- FEMALE .. Job Brief is shared Below Roles and Responsibilities Payroll Compensation Benefits The Candidate is Responsible for the Payroll & Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards Management Payroll

  • Responsible is for monthly payroll of all the employees. The primary role of this position is to ensure accuracy and timely processing of payroll for all employees, including salary disbursements, taxes, and other deductions. Must ensure Zero error payroll process.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations related to payroll processing. ESI /PF / TDS / PT.
  • Develop and maintain payroll policies and procedures that are aligned with the companys overall HR strategy and objectives.
Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards Management
  • Managing employee compensation and benefits programs to ensure employee satisfaction, retention, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.:
  • DPreparing wage cost budgeting & Present Quaterly Budgeted Wage Vs Accrual
  • End to End Compensation & Variable pay Review
  • Preparation & Execute Rewards Frame work
  • Analyse the Internal & External Pay Parity
  • Complete compliance on Payroll & C and B with Internal & External audits
  • Surveys on C & B with the industry periodically & Report
Desired Candidate Profile
  • A Post Graduate in Social Work / HRM from recognised Institutions, with 5-8 years of experience in handling Payroll and C & B.
  • Tech-savvy and experience in HRMS / Payroll software.
  • Must have Proficiency In Tamil & English
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other functions and stakeholders.
