Job Description

Static and Dynamic analysis for aboveground piping system of critical lines using CAESAR II software.
Verification of piping layouts, supports and ensure sufficient flexibility of the piping system.
Familiar with slug, PSV reaction loads.
Solving nozzle loads which is connected to the equipments with in allowable limits given by the vendor.
Qualifying the piping loads on equipment nozzles, in compliance with API 610, WRC 107/297 and allowable load from vendor.
Analyzing project requirements for further proceedings.
Prepared and completed project plans in collaboration with relevant departments.
Delivering and implementing the project as per scheduled milestones.
Provided piping design group with recommended solutions for over-stressed piping arrangements such as support relocation, addition of support, and pipe re-routing.
Modelling and performing Static analysis for aboveground and underground/buried piping system of critical lines using CAESAR II software.
