Everyone is valued for the unique skills, experiences and perspectives they bring.Job scope/summary:We are looking for talented individuals who think out-of-the box, want to experiment with new ideas, create best in class processes and create a foot print for themselves.As a Material Planning SME at HP s Customer Support Supply Chain (CSSC) Organization for the Personal Systems & Print Platform, you will receive opportunities to apply your domain knowledge in Services supply chain, Data analytics skills, technology knowledge & creative/design thinking The Services Supply Chain ships more than 9M parts, processes 650k whole unit repair events globally per year through an extensive network of outsourcing partners.The Material Planning SME will play Planning consultant role and support our E2E planning organization transformation journey.Job specifics/responsibilities:

• Design planning processes and tools
• Lead / manage complex projects & programs
• Work with cross functional teams of SC, Infrastructure services teams and IT teams for functional interlocks
• Collaborate with Country / Regional / Global teams and other business teams to gather requirements and work with IT teams for solutions
• Create workaround solutions for issues while working on long term solutions
• Monitor tool performance, manage super user related tasks, create & execute use cases & UAT, resolve UAT and production issues
• Prepare business case with investment needs & benefits assessment and present to management for approval
• Driving Process standardization across regions / global related to Planning
• Provide Management of Change and training on new IT tools / enhancements / solutions and processes
• Participate in the workshops and decision-making process related to planning tools & processes
• Work closely with long term strategy team to align and drive organization to achieve short- and long-term business goals
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop recommendations
• Coordinate or lead regional and global business unit planning teams to maintain and enhance the current business processes
• Mentor junior-level staff

• Successful completion of projects / programs on time & budget
• Minimal or no disruption to planning operations
• Meet all planning tool & process related commitments
• Deliver committed financial savings for the projects / programs

Education (degree) and professional experience required:

• First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree is good to have
• 6-10 years of experience in a supply chain material planning function
• Desirable to have certification of APICS eg CSCP, CPIM, CLTD

Knowledge and Skills:

• Solid functional knowledge in material planning
• Ability to understand the Supply chain requirement, translating into functional specifications, ability to design user test cases.
• Should possess training delivery skills
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make, deliver)
• Strong Analytics, communication and influencing skills; expert in English
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and other latest planning tools & technologies
• Good project management and process reengineering skills, with capability to manage cross functional teams in multiple geographies
• Proven relationship management skills
• Developed leadership skills including team building and conflict resolution and management
